Commercial Solar & Wind
Solutions
We provide solar power and windmill (wind turbine) systems that protect your
business against escalating energy costs. Our staff supplies our customers the information they need to take advantage of
every financial incentive possible.
We've created energy solutions for many businesses, governments and schools including:
- An off-grid solar and wind powered security monitoring system at Lambert International Airport, St. Louis.
- A grid-tied solar array to off-set energy use at the Missouri Botanical Garden.
- Winter air is now heated at Western Extralite’s 15,000 ft. warehouse in Manhattan, KS with a solar powered indoor air heating system.
- Solar Panels, also called PhotoVoltaics or PV, were used for the Missouri Air National Guard to produce electricity for an aircraft engine maintenance hangar.
- Read many more examples in Success Stories.
The benefits of working with us include:
- Reducing your need to purchase electricity from utilities. Utility rates are only going to go up. Solar Panels and Windmill (Wind Turbine) Systems protect you from rate increases! They also reduce your environmental impact of non renewable resources!
- Utlizing cost effective alternatives to conventional outdoor lighting with Solar Outdoor Lighting Systems. Installing Solar Outdoor Lighting avoids the cost of trenching and wiring associated with conventional lighting. In addition, you eliminate the cost of purchasing energy and have a more reliable lighting system!
- Producing hot water for both potable and industrial use with our Solar Hot Water systems. Create an abundance of hot water for a variety of uses without the expense!
- Significantly reducing your purchase of natural gas with Solar Air Heating. Pre-heat outside air before it enters your building to provide fresh air changes and natural humidification. Solar Air Heating offers a significant opportunity to reduce energy costs.
Incentives can improve your bottom line!
The Business Energy Investment Tax Credit, a federal incentive program, offers a 30% tax credit for the entire expenditure.
With five (5) year Modified Accelerated Cost-Recovery System (MACRS), businesses may recover investments in solar and wind systems through depreciation deductions, up to 50% in the first year through 2009!
Local utility incentives, available from select utilities beginning in 2010, can further reduce your cost basis by up to 25% for solar energy systems. |
